What does shipping cost?

Nothing. Standard shipping is free on every order inside the United States, with no minimum order value. We ship to all 50 states and do not ship internationally.

How quickly will it arrive?

Orders are processed in 0-1 business days and standard delivery takes a further 2-3 business days. A tracking number is emailed to you the moment the parcel leaves us.

Will a laptop stand fit my machine?

Each listing states the size range it is built for, measured across the screen. Check that figure against your own laptop before ordering, and allow for a thick protective case.

What are the storage bins made of?

It varies by piece: non-woven fabric over a card liner, moulded plastic, bamboo, or coated steel. The material and the exact dimensions are listed on every product page.

How do I keep desk organizers looking new?

Wipe acrylic and plastic with a soft damp cloth and dry it straight away. Fabric bins take a dry brush or a lightly damp cloth, never a soak.

Can I return something I simply do not like?

No. Returns cover manufacturing defects, transit damage and wrong items received, within 30 days of delivery. Change of mind is not accepted, so measure twice before you order.

My parcel arrived damaged. Now what?

Tell us within 72 hours of delivery and send photos of the item, the outer box, the label and the inner packing. Approved returns ship back at our cost and refunds reach your original payment method within 3-7 business days after inspection.

Is the checkout safe?

Yes. The whole checkout runs over SSL encryption and is PCI-DSS compliant, and full card details are never stored on our servers.
